Have you ever thought to yourself “How are drums recorded?”
In this video I share with you how @LylaYuck and myself went about recording drums for a song of ours we are working on that is called “Abandon”. Recording drums is no easy task and can often lead to inconsistent results which can range from thin sounding drums, drums that were recorded way too loud, microphone phasing, drum bleed and the list goes on and on and on as to what can go wrong.
A lot of you may not know this but I have been recording music for over 15 years, I actually got into the art of recording before I got into tattooing. Music production and all things music is not new to me or something that I just picked up, it is apart of me and something I have been doing for a very long time. I am just now sharing this side of me with you all, I hope you enjoy this form of content.
